THE JOB:
We’re seeking a Hardware Distribution Manager to design and execute our distribution strategy from the ground up (building sales channels through our website, e-commerce platforms, and local retail networks), and to develop a full delivery pipeline that brings our new product, a smart device that syncs with VR video to let users feel what they see, directly to the end customer.
The ideal candidate has proven expertise in distribution and sales operations, with a strong track record across the US and European markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and launch a distribution strategy from the ground up, covering multiple channels (direct website sales, e-commerce, retail networks, etc.)
- Build and manage partnerships with logistics providers, distributors, and retailers to ensure cost-efficient and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with manufacturing to streamline shipping workflows and navigate customs requirements
- Track sales performance and uncover new opportunities for growth and market expansion
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align campaigns, launches, and promotions with distribution goals
- Oversee and optimize supply chain efficiency, including inventory management and delivery schedules
- Maintain compliance with regional standards, trade regulations, and industry requirement
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience in distribution, sales, and supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics
- Strong knowledge of US and/or EU distribution markets
- Strong ability to drive sales growth through effective channel management and market expansion
- Skilled in negotiation and partnership building with distributors and logistics providers
- Solid understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Fluent in English
